For pallet deliveries, please let us know if there are any vehicular restrictions to your home address (the easy way to figure this out - do bin collections take place at your door?), steep slopes, planned roadworks etc.

You will be notified when your order is dispatched. High value items will be dispatched with tracking information and ETA will be given as soon as available.
If you have given us a mobile phone number, a notification will be sent with approximate time of arrival once goods have been loaded from your local depot.

A signature will be required on arrival of goods. Please mark as 'unchecked' if you will not be checking the order prior signing for delivery.
Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery can't be made for any of the mentioned reason on this page.
